Active in industry organizations, Ryan currently serves on the board of the Central region of the Association of Builders and Contractors and has held the role of past president.

His background includes leadership roles at a large real estate company and managing design and pricing at a major mechanical firm. Kaitlyn brings 7+ years experience in streamlining operations and driving marketing strategies within the construction industry. She has a proven track record of boosting efficiency, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing revenue by executing on the partner’s visions. Kaitlyn's leadership and innovative approach resulted in her being voted in as the President-Elect of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) – Austin Chapter.
Blake, a seasoned project manager, has successfully overseen some of the largest projects in Texas since graduating from Texas A&M. Recognized for his precision and leadership, he serves as a trusted advisor to all our clients, dedicated to mentoring ChalkLine project managers in the art of efficiently managing construction projects. With a wealth of experience, Blake ensures seamless project delivery for all our clients.
