Before founding ChalkLine, Trevor Spring, Ryan Ritchie, and Bryan Brown worked together at a national development company to grow its central and north Texas offices from the ground up. In August 2021, they left the company to establish a boutique design-build firm that would leverage their combined 60+ years of experience, deep industry knowledge, and extensive relationship network.
ChalkLine's goal is to help clients develop innovative-yet-buildable designs and to take those ideas from concept to seamless, successful construction. Their growing portfolio of work includes commercial, hospitality, multi-family, and industrial projects along the I-35 corridor in central and north Texas.
Trevor has a degree in construction management and over 21 years of construction experience focused on preconstruction, project management, and project development. Trevor has worked on a wide array of projects across Texas. He enjoys golf and keeping up with his kids.

Ryan has more than 23 years of experience in construction management and operations and served as Past Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors. Prior to founding ChalkLine, Ryan served as the Director of Construction at Ryan Companies, where he worked for 16 years. He loves to fish and coach his kids' football teams.

Bryan has a master’s in architecture and more than 14 years of industry experience, Bryan bridges the gap between design and construction. In addition to design and preconstruction experience, Bryan has expertise in project management and complex mechanical systems, which is his passion. He enjoys golf and fishing.
