Ryan Ritchie began his career in construction management working on premier office tower projects in downtown Chicago, where he worked for multiple global contractors adding 50-to-60-story buildings to the Chicago skyline (Deloitte Tower is a favorite). This early experience eventually led to a 16-year tenure as Director of Construction at Ryan Companies, and the opportunity to help establish the firm’s South-Central office brought him to Texas – and away from Chicago winters – in 2013. With that shift, Ryan discovered a passion for developing teams from the ground up and working with fellow executives Trevor Spring and Bryan Brown to grow the office to nearly $1B in revenue in under five years.

Today, Ryan is thrilled to be at the helm of a team known for deep industry experience and smart project delivery. He enjoys the opportunity to work with some of Texas’ leading companies as Co-Founder at ChalkLine.

Originally from Central Illinois, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bradley University. He is involved in numerous community organizations and recently served as Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors. Outside of work Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and coaching his kids’ sports teams. He lives in Steiner Ranch with his wife, Kristina, and their three children.
