Business Development and Construction Operations

Trevor Spring brings over 20 years of in-depth experience in construction management, preconstruction, and project development to his role as Partner and Director of Business Development and Construction Operations at ChalkLine.

He has always enjoyed taking a project from site selection to finished product, ensuring expert cost estimation and live budgeting throughout.

Before founding ChalkLine, his career included tenures at Ryan Companies and SpawGlass in Austin and Dallas, in addition to various consultancy firms in Ireland, London, and Australia.
He loves start-up energy and has always had a talent for new ventures, having found success helping establish Ryan Companies' presence in central and north Texas.

He enjoys growing the firm's portfolio of hospitality, multi-family, and industrial projects and is excited about the expansion they're experiencing in North Texas and along the I-35 corridor. Trevor holds degrees in Construction Management from Limerick Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, you will find Trevor on the golf course and keeping up with his four kids and his wife, Alison. He is originally from Cork City, Ireland, and he's happy to share a pint of Guinness and watch Premiership Football.
